Counseling is a supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s weighing on you, stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, or feeling “stuck.” Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you and work toward healthier coping skills, clarity, and emotional balance at a pace that feels right for you.

Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?

Yes! I offer both in-person and secure virtual sessions. Virtual sessions allow you to receive support from the comfort of your home, while in-person sessions provide a more traditional face-to-face experience. We can discuss which option feels best for you.

What issues do you treat?

I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, depression, and stress management to help you breathe again.

The forms of payment accepted are: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and HSA/FSA Cards. We can provide a superbill upon request. You may submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for out-of-network services.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, but frequency can change based on your needs, goals, and progress. We’ll work together to find a schedule that feels supportive and realistic.
