I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale.

I work with women navigating anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions, often while balancing multiple roles and expectations. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure internally.

My approach is humanistic, supportive, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based techniques and, when clients desire, faith-based perspectives. I value care, communication, and community—and those values guide both my clinical work and my practice.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Just start.
